Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by
their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and
outside of the Hospital.
Jasmine Phelps, who works as a Patient Access Specialist in the Fairfield Memorial
Hospital’s Orthopedic Clinic, was selected as the July 2023 Employee of the Month.
Jasmine has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since April of 2021.
