North Wayne registration has been set for Thursday, August 3, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. This is for all schools in the district; Johnsonville Elementary, Mt. Erie Elementary, Cisne Middle School, and Cisne High School. Each school registration will be held at its own location. Cisne Middle School and Cisne High School students may pick up class schedules on registration day.
Students entering school for the first time, sixth grade, and ninth grade must have a recent physical examination and proof of immunization. Students entering kindergarten, second grade, and sixth grade must have a recent dental examination. Students entering kindergarten must have a complete eye exam.
Horizon Healthcare will be providing school and sports physicals at no out of pocket cost on Thursday, August 3, from 2-6 p.m. at Cisne Middle School for all North Wayne Schools. Please bring current health insurance information for the physical and a parent or legal guardian needs to be present. Cisne Middle School and Cisne High School students who plan to participate in sports during the 2023-24 school year must have a physical exam prior to the first day of practice.
