Fairfield City Council Legislative Committee Meeting

The Legislative Committee of the Fairfield City Council met yesterday afternoon at City Hall. The only item on the agenda consisted of a discussion to possibly grant special exceptions to the Trailer Ordinance.  The current ordinance states that np mobile home 15 years or older can be placed within the city limits. The topic was the subject of a lengthy discussion at the August 8 City Council Meeting. The matter was discussed by the Legislative Committee and in the end, the ordinance will remain unchanged.
