The Fairfield City Council meets Tuesday night at 6 at City Hall for their next regular meeting. A Public Hearing will precede the regular meeting at 5:50 p.m. with a Community Development Block Grant Project listed. Another item is the Approval of Minutes and Minutes of the April 23rd Executive Session Minutes.
Items on the official agenda include various resolutions, including Support for a Community Development Block Grant Project, a resolution approving a Business District Redevelopment Agreement with Samantha Baker, a resolution regarding the Release of Executive Session Minutes, and a resolution authorizing the Destruction of Audio Recordings of Closed Session Meetings. Tuesday night’s meeting also includes an ordinance approving a TIF Redevelopment Agreement with M-Pressions Dance Productions, LLC, a Motor Fuel Tax Audit Compliance Report, discussion and approval of property for a new hotel coming to Fairfield, and an Ordinance Authorizing Conveyance of Real Property on Williamson Drive. The council is also expected to discuss a Contribution Request from the Fairfield Firefighters Pension Fund Board & Fairfield Police Department’s Pension Fund Board.
