The Fairfield City Council is set to meet tomorrow night at 6 at City Hall for their next regular meeting. Items on the official agenda include a resolution to approve the street closings for the upcoming Fairfield Fall Fun Fest in September. Also listed is a Recreation Fund Expenditure request, and an ordinance amending the section of the city code dealing with over-flow garbage. Also on the agenda is an ordinance making the intersection of Laurel and French Street a stop intersection. Discussion is expected by the council concerning updating the code for yield intersections in the city, and the council is expected to seek bids for fencing around the new city water tower.
