Hamilton Memorial Hospital District has announced its Carmi Family Clinic will begin seeing patients at a new location on October 1st.
The clinic is moving to 1690 Falcon Avenue in Carmi, located between Arby’s and Taylor Eye Care.
Hamilton Memorial says the clinic will continue offering the same primary care services at the new location, including laboratory services.
The current Carmi Family Clinic location will continue seeing patients through September 28th. The clinic will transition to the Falcon Avenue location September 29 and 30 before opening there October 1st.
Hamilton Memorial CEO Justin Epperson said the move is another step in the hospital district’s plans for healthcare services in Carmi.
“This new location allows us to continue serving the Carmi community while we move forward with plans for a permanent clinic facility designed to meet the community’s healthcare needs for years to come,” Epperson said.
Current patients are encouraged to update the clinic address in their records and report to the Falcon Avenue location for appointments beginning October 1st.
