The Fairfield Memorial Hospital 3D Mammography Unit will be in Carmi this upcoming weekend.
The unit will be at the Carmi Horizon Health Location, located at 1103 West Main Street from 8 and until 12 noon.
To schedule your mobile mammogram, a patient does not need a physician’s order if they are over the age of 40 and it must have been a year since your last mammogram.
Officials also ask you to bring your insurance card, photo id, and doctor’s contact info so the information can be forwarded on.
