The village of Cisne will celebrate their zip-code day on Wednesday.
A flea market will take place from 4p-7p at the Community center On the Cisne Square from 4-9 pm, Games, inflatables, food trucks, corn hole tournament, Gospel music at the stage beginning at 6pm with Fortress Quartet performance @ 7pm.
