K9 Officer Tiko Receives New Vest

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has announced that K9 officer Tiko has received a new Bulletproof Vest. The vest was a made possible by a donation to the department from Gary and Barb Russel. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department would like to thank Gary and Barb for their donation.
