Dustin R Pike age 42 of Fairfield was arrested for aggravated batter-great bodily harm or permanent disability or disfigurment. His first court date is set for this Wednesday. 

 

On Sunday around 8:10 Jeffery D Wilkinson age 52 of Fairfield was given a citation for going 69 in a 55 in his 2004 Gray Chevy on US HWY 45. he promised to comply. 

 

Last Wednesday around 11pm Chad E Pepple age 47 of Mt. Vernon was given a notice to appear for Driving a UTV while his license was revoked. 

 

Last Saturday around 6:21pm on HWY 45 and CH 16 Rodger A Gammon age 75 of Fairfield and Harold Gammon crossed the center line in his 2011 Harley Davidson and hit Chan Dan Qu-ock age 65 of Flora driving his 2006 toyota highlander head on. Rodger was flown from the scene on AirEvac, Qu-ock and Harold refused EMS services. Both vehicles were towed and Rodger Gammon was cited for improper lane usage and was given a notice to appear. 

 

Last Saturday Melanie E Sander age 34 of Fairfield backed into a ditch in her 2021 Buick while attempting to turn around. No injuries were reported and the vehicle had to be towed but had to wait due to no available tow service at the time. 

 

Klair M Stitch age 16 of Wayne City was pulling into a parking lot in her 2013 Honda Civic trying to avoid potholes and hit a 2009 chevy malibu owned by Jaidon J Brown age 16 of wayne city the accident caused damage to both vehicles and no ticket was given out. 

 

On May 18th Michael B Burch age 31 violated his porbation on a class A misdemenor of Domestic Battery. He was given 1 year probation and he must complete anger managment counseling and provide proof of completion to the wayne county circuit clerk. A review hearing was set for 6-13-24 and he will pay $1509 in fines and court costs. 

 

On July 11th Jace C Endsly age 23 of louisville plead guilty to a count 1 criminal damage to property $300 to $10,000a class 4 felony. He was given 2 years probation and a review hearing is set for June 12th 2025. He was credited for 53 days served and is set to pay $1,590 in fines and ccourt costs.
