Fairfield City Police arrested a rural Fairfield woman following a traffic stop on Monday Evening.
At 8:09 PM, officer Horton conducted a traffic stop on 69-year-old Cindy L. Weber. Weber was unable to pass sobriety tests on was arrested on a charge of aggrivated DUI. The aggrivated factor was based according to the arrest report on offender had an expired or invalid driver’s license or never had a license.
Weber is being held at the Wayne County Jail.
