Fairfield Police made a pair of arrests this morning following traffic stops.
23- year-old Noel Aaron Walker of Fairfield was arrested on a charge of aggrivated DUI around 1:14 AM. He is being held without bond in the Wayne Counry Jail.
At 1:09 AM, James M. Kinkart of Fairfield was arrested on charges of DUI and criminal damage to government supported property. He is being held without bond in the Wayne County Jail.
