In June, a young, juvenile Fairfield man was killed and the Illinois State Police have turned over the toxicology report and filed charges on the individual who police say was at the wheel of the vehicle that caused the death.
46-year-old Jeremy L. Tucker of Fairfield was taken into custody and faces preliminary charges of aggravated DUI, causing the death, a class 2 felony, and DUI, a class a misdemeanor.
Tucker is currently in the custody of the Wayne County Jail on another case involving charges of meth delivery and possession of meth.
