The city of Flora has released their July 2023, building and zoning report.
For the month, the city issued seven permits for residential. Three of the permits for residential or for demolition while one permit was issued each for fences, patios, solar, miscellaneous. One commercial permit was issued for solar as well.
For the year, a total of 58 permits have been issued. 48 of those have been for residential while 10 have been for commercial. Storage Buildings, Demolition, and Fences have been the leading categories for permits on residential. Signs account for half of the commercial permits.
