The Cisne Runnin Lions started the season off 1-0 as they defeated Dieterich by final scores of 25-23 and 25-15. JV fell in 3 sets 25-17, 25-27, 13-15. Cisne is back in action on Thursday when they take on NCOE.
Wayne City Volleyball is now 0-2 as they fell to Okawville with set scores of 18-25, 10-25.
The Edwards County Lady Lions Volleyball Team fell to 0-1 on the season as they fell to Carmi-White County by finals of 21-25 and 19-25. Carmi-White County is now 2-0 on the season. Carmi-White County also took the JV contest. Edwards County won the freshman battle 25-22, 25-22. The Lady Lions will take on Mount Carmel on Thursday.
