The water bills in the Village of West Salem have been delayed. This reason according to village officials is due to material delivery issues. Officials say that the bills have now been mailed. To accommodate for the delay in mailing, the Due Date for the bill has been extended to Oct. 12. Payments must be received by Oct. 19th by 5:00 PM to avoid shutoff.
