3 TIF Agreements were approved by the council:
They included:
$20,000 to Gifford Properties, LLC for remodeling of property at 205 E. Main St. Mr. Gifford will remodel the lower portion of the building for a retail space, with 2 Air BNB’s occupying the upstairs. Total cost of the project is $100, 000. Alderman Eugene McGill voted NO on the request.
Brake Enterprises, LLC was awarded $9,000 for their remodel of Classic Pizza & Pasta on East Main St. The remodel included paint and new flooring. The approval was unanimous.
$2,800 was unanimously approved for 618 Sports Cards, LLC for paint and lighting upgrades for their building on East Main St.
All of the TIF expenditures were approved by the TIF Committee.
