Fairfield’s Lisa Tomasi continued play in the Girls Tennis State Finals and finished 5th. Tomasi in action fell in her morning matchup Friday and dropped into the consolation bracket. Tomasi played Saturday morning against Meredith Converse in quarterfinals play of the consolation bracket at Rolling Meadows High School, and later battled for 5th place in Class 1A.
