The Sims Community Center will be holding their Halloween Carnival this evening. Events get underway at 4:30 this afternoon with a chili and soup supper. Kids games will also be taking place at that time. At 6 PM, outdoor costume judging will take place. Proceeds from the event help the Sims Community Center with building repairs and other community events.
