Hamilton Memorial Hospital Senior Enrichment program is now accepting nominations for its annual Antique Angel program.
Nominees must reside in Hamilton or White County, be over the age of 65, and either live in a limited income, recently suffered the loss of a loved one, doesn’t have close by family for the holidays, or experiences difficulty with depression/anxiety in winter months and around the holidays
To nominate someone, please fill out the nomination form and return it via fax at the number in the form.

Opportunities for community members to adopt or sponsor an Angel will be available the week of Thanksgiving.
