Work Underway on Animal Shelter in McLeansboro

Work has started on the Mcleansboro Animal Shelter. According to city officials, there are a few phases to the project, but the city has started on the concrete pad expansion to increase the size of the shelter to accommodate the needs for the animals. City officials say they’re lucky to have one of the best contractors working on that. They say thanks to those who have donated time money and efforts to get to the point of the animal shelter in the area.
