Caleb Stevens of West Salem, IL, has been awarded the Steve Rafferty Memorial Scholarship by Frontier Community College (FCC) in Fairfield.
The Steve Rafferty Memorial Scholarship was established in March 2014. Rafferty served as a Lead Faculty for the Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS) program at FCC from 2008 until his passing in March 2014. This scholarship is awarded exclusively to students enrolled in the FCC EDS program.
The EDS program is a one-year certification curriculum that provides training in building, repairing, and maintaining overhead and underground electrical distribution systems.
