Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and outside of the Hospital.
Halie Bailey, who works in Human Resources at Fairfield Memorial Hospital, was selected as the November 2023 Employee of the Month. Halie has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since March of 2022. Halie is a role model for what customer service should look like in an organization.
“Halie is usually one of the first faces that anyone sees when they come to the HR Department, her warm, engaging, calm demeanor and smile always put everyone at ease. Halie listens attentively and asks questions respectfully to help an employee resolve any issue that they may have. She will go above and beyond to accommodate each employee or visitor that she encounters, even if it requires her to do extra work. Halie is always professional and performs her job duties very well. Halie looks for ways to be more efficient and for opportunities to improve processes. She is not afraid to take on new challenges and will help wherever she is needed, whether it’s in her job description or not. Halie is regarded highly by others and deserves to be recognized as Employee of the Month.” commented Lynde Hickox, Director of Human Resources.
