The IL Sec of State has announced a reduction of service of mobile units to rural areas so that they can concentrate more on metropolitan areas. What does this mean to Edwards County Residents? The Driver’s License facility will no longer be in the courthouse every other month but only twice a year. For 2024, the mobile drivers’ license unit will be in Edwards County on March 6th and September 4th. On both dates, the unit will be at the courthouse from 10 AM until 2 PM.
