Bedford Township as well as the Village of Cisne will be permanently removing the trash dumpsters starting January 1st.
Village of Cisne officials say limbs and yard waste will still be allowed be dumped, but nothing else.
The decision came as conditions were deteriorating with the dumpster in regards to dumping.
