A Jacksonville native is the 64th Miss Illinois County Fair Queen. Natalie Evans was crowned at the 113th Illinois Association of Agricultural Fairs Convention on Sunday. The 19-year-old represented Morgan County. She will travel to more than two dozen county fairs and will be the official hostess of the Illinois State Fair in Springfield and the DuQuoin State Fair.
