Fairfield Memorial Hospital proudly announces that Halie Bailey in the Human Resources Department has been voted the 2023 Employee of the Year by her peers.
Each and every one of the recipients for this award were all nominated by their peers for their dedication to patient care, customer service, their hardworking ethic and the kindness they show the people surrounding them.
Halie Bailey, who works in Human Resources Department, was named the November 2023 Employee of the Month and now receives the honor of Employee of the Year for 2023. Halie joined the team at FMH in March of 2022.

Halie is an exemplary team player and always goes above and beyond to provide quality service and support to our staff, our visitors, and anyone that she encounters. Halie is a great asset and valued team member to not just the HR Department, but to the entire organization.” commented Lynde Hickox, Director of Human Resources.
