The next regular meeting of the Fairfield City Council is coming up this Tuesday night at 6 p.m.
Items on the official agenda include a TIF agreement with Richard and Amy Hooper, an ordinance establishing no parking on certain areas of Sluder Street, and a resolution declaring a surplus of funds in the TIF.
The council is also expected to approve and adopt the Family and Medical Leave Act, and approve a street closing request for Not Your Ordinary Church (NYOC) from 3 to 11 p.m. on June 1st and 2nd, as well as discuss cemetery fees and an ordinance establishing a Business District Committee & Procedure for Implementing the Business District Plan.
Tuesday night’s meeting will take place at City Hall.
