Mary Ann Pearson, age 74 and a resident of McLeansboro, IL, passed away
at 7:05 a.m., Monday, February 12, 2024 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in
Newburgh, IN.
Mary was born July 17, 1949 to Emery Vernon Frazier and May Roaslie
(Scott) in Mt. Vernon, IL.
Mary was joined in matrimony to Joseph Lee Pearson June 19, 1971 in Wayne
City, IL. She was employed as a clerk with a publishing company. She attended
Mt. Olivet General Baptist Church. Mary enjoyed watching her son flying
exhibitions; cooking and traveling; loved church activities and volunteer
work at church.
Mary is survived by her husband, Joseph Pearson, McLeansboro IL; daughter
Diane Pickett and husband Richard, McLeansboro, IL; Sisters Barbara Odle
and husband Perry, Mt.Vernon, IL and Debbie Vaughn and husband Les of
Dahlgren, IL; Daughter-in-Law Angela Pearson, McLeansboro, IL.
Preceding Mary in Death were her parents; son Jason Lee Pearson; two
Brothers, Harold Gene Frazier and Paul Frazier.
VISITATION is 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon Saturday, February 17, 2024 at
Harre Funeral Home, McLeansboro, IL with Funeral Services held at 12:00 noon with burial in Olive Branch (Baltimore) Cemetery, Wayne City, IL. Pastor Andy May will officiate the Service.
