Several Fairfield FFA members were recommended for the State FFA Degrees Monday at Section 23 FFA interviews. Successful candidates include Lauren Wolfe, Alex Bond, Maggie Koontz, Ava Kreiter, Lainie Clark, Miller Simpson, and Devon Smothers applications will now be forwarded to the state level for approval. The State FFA degree is the highest degree a member can obtain at the state level. Meanwhile, Lainie Clark was named the Section 23 Star in Agriscience after Star interviews that were held on Monday. She will now advance to interview for the District 5 Star in Mt. Vernon in March.
