Wayne County Sheriff’s Officials Arrest 3 Following Probation Checks

Wayne County Sheriff’s Officials made 3 arrests on different events that took place on Wednesday.

At 10:40 AM, deputies were called the residence of 44-year-old Shane Nettleton in Geff for a probation compliance check. On the scene, deputies allegedly located 5 grams of methamphetamine along with packaging materials. Deputies also discovered a pair of firearms as well as many rounds of ammunition. Nettleton faces charges of possession  with the intent to deliver methamphetamine, unlawful use of a weapon, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

At 2 PM, deputies were called to a probation check at the residence of 35-year-old Ronald Stark in Fairfield. During the check, deputies allegedly located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Stark faces charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

At 4 PM, deputies were sent to conduct a probation check at the residence of 47-year-old Jevon Sork. At the scene, deputies allegedly found 3.5 grams of meth in Sork’s possession. Sork faces a count of possession of meth.

All 3 were booked into the Wayne County Jail, awaiting a detention hearing.
