Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and outside of the Hospital.
Yolanda Vallette, who works in the business office at Fairfield Memorial Hospital, was selected as the February 2024 Employee of the Month. Yolanda has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since August of 2021.
“Yolanda is one of the most detail-oriented and focused women you will meet. Yolanda is also very process-oriented. She not only does her best work, but she does her work in a way that is a benefit to others. She is caring, and kind in her words when working with other departments on processes. She has great teamwork and comradery with her peers. I believe a company’s greatest asset isn’t its building, anything financial, etc., it’s their employees. I am personally beyond grateful to have Yolanda as an employee, and FMH is a better organization because she works here.
