(Champaign, IL) — The Illinois men’s basketball team is adding to its roster. Former Louisville guard Tre White and former Arizona point guard Kylan Boswell both transferred to the Illini over the weekend.

(Phoenix, AZ) — The Cardinals wrapped up a rough series in the desert with a 5-0 loss to the Arizona Diamondbacks at Chase Field. The 7-and-9 Cardinals send Sonny Gray to the mound against the Oakland A’s tonight.

(Seattle, WA) — The Cubs earned a series win over the Seattle Mariners with a 3-2 rubber-match victory at T-Mobile Park. The Northsiders have won three of five to improve to 9-and-6. They send Ben Brown to the mound against the Diamondbacks tonight.

(Chicago, IL) — The White Sox were tagged for 11 hits during an 11-4 loss to the Cincinnati Reds at Guaranteed Rate Field. The 2-and-13 Southsiders send Nick Nastrini to the mound against Kansas City tonight. In other club news, the Sox are reportedly nearing a deal with free agent outfielder Tommy Pham.

(New York, NY) — The Bulls wrapped up their regular season with a 120-119 overtime loss to the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden yesterday. The Bulls host the Hawks in the Play-In Tournament on Wednesday.

(Indianapolis, IN) — The Pacers blew out the Atlanta Hawks 157-115 in their regular season finale at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Indiana finished with the sixth best record in the Eastern Conference at 47-and-35 and will take on the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the playoffs.

(Fort Worth, TX) — Chase Elliott needed overtime to take home the checkered flag in the AutoTrader EchoPark Automotive 400 from Fort Worth. The driver of the number nine car held off Ross Chastain and Brad Keselowski in double OT to secure the victory. The NASCAR Cup Series heads to Talladega next Sunday for the Geico 500.
