Wayne County Sheriff’s Department handled a two-vehicle property damage accident Saturday afternoon just after 12:30 at Simpson and Perine St. in Cisne. Deputies say a 2022 Ram 1500 truck driven by 72-year-old Walter Tibbs of Fairfield was eastbound on Perine St. when he slowed down at a yield intersection and proceeded thru the intersection when a 2002 Chevrolet 1500 truck driven by 18-year-old Spencer Brach of Cisne, heading northbound was struck by the Tibbs vehicle. Tibbs told deputies he did not see the Brach vehicle at the intersection. No injuries were reported.
