Then Tuesday night just after 8 o’clock, deputies responded to I-64 at US Hwy 45.  Deputies say a 2021 Honda CRV driven by 58-year-old Melissa Tarantino of Ballwin, MO was traveling westbound on I-64 when a deer ran onto the roadway causing the vehicle to hit the deer.  Tarantino was not injured.
