Hyundai Motor America has issued a recall for nearly 50,000 vehicles due to airbag issues. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported that certain 2024 Santa Fe and Santa Fe HEV models have been recalled because of potential problems where the airbags may deploy unintentionally or fail to deploy in the event of a crash. Additionally, Hyundai has issued another recall for specific 2010-2013 Genesis Coupe vehicles due to concerns related to “unintended vehicle movement,” affecting over 12,000 vehicles in total.
