WAYNE COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT MAKE AN ARREST ON A FAIRFIELD MAN

37-year-old Ryan Isaacs of Fairfield was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department just after 3:30 Wednesday afternoon on a charge of Defrauding Drug and Alcohol Screening tests.  Isaacs was booked into the Wayne County Jail
