Perry Daniel “Dan” Kunce, age 50, of Newburgh, IN (formerly of Fairfield)

Dan was born September 10, 1973 in Clay, IL to Perry Dale and Ruth Ann (Block) Kunce. He graduated from Harrisburg High School in 1992 and ITT Technical School for Tool and Die. Dan worked in Maintenance through Creform at TMMI. He was a member of Abundant Life Community Church and loved listening to Christian music. Dan was the Commander for Outpost #202 with the Royal Rangers. He loved the outdoors and camping.

Dan is survived by his parents Perry and Ruth Ann Kunce; loving wife of 17 years, Mary-Esther (Rohen) Kunce; children, Hunter, Lacey and Levi; sisters, Cathy (Dennis) Smith and Joni (Michael) Smith; brother, Michael (Andrea) Kunce; grandfather, Howard Block; and sisters-in-law, Janet Brown and Katherine “Kitty” (Michael) Holcomb.

Dan is preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Mary-Esther Davis and grandparents, Leslie and Audra Kunce and Martha Block.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, August 19, 2024, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue in Evansville, IN with Pastor Johnathan Montoya officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Newburgh.

Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Monday, August 19, 2024 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
