Several individuals appeared in Wayne County Circuit Court Thursday.
44-year-old Randall D Cottrill of Fairfield was sentenced to 5 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for Unlawful Possession of Meth less than 5 grams on the offense dating back to May 18th. Cottrill was ordered to pay court costs and also given 3 days credit for time already served.
20-year-old Haley Loyd of Fairfield pled guilty to DUI and was placed on 1 year of court supervision and ordered to pay court costs.
24-year-old Isiah Shelton of Fairfield pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Meth and was sentenced to 18 months probation plus court costs.
28-year-old Chelby Raper from Belleville pled guilty to DUI and was placed on court supervision for 1 year plus court costs.
Fairfield resident, Kristina Easton pled guilty to a charge of Battery and was given 12 months court supervision and ordered to pay court costs.
