NORMAL, IL WOMAN SENTENCED TO ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS IN WAYNE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT

A Normal, IL woman was sentenced in Wayne County Circuit Court Tuesday.  34-year-old Kathleen Butler was sentenced to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for violating terms of her probation.  Butler was originally sentenced to 18 months probation on an original charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine dating back to May of 2020.  Butler was also sentenced to 6 months of mandatory supervised release and ordered to pay courts costs.
