SEVERAL GUILTY PLEAS HANDED DOWN IN WAYNE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT TUESDAY

Several guilty pleas were handed down in Wayne County Circuit Court Tuesday.

 

35-year-old Amber Webb of Fairfield admitted to violating 18 months of probation on an original charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine.  Webb was sentenced to 24 months of probation and ordered to spend 90 days in the Wayne County Jail plus orderedto pay court costs.

Carmi resident, 19-year-old Bryan Bailey Jr. pled guilty to a charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and was placed on 18 months probation and ordered to pay court costs.

38-year-old Aaron Webb of Fairfield pled guilty to Aggravated Assault and was sentenced to 1 year of Conditional Discharge and ordered to pay court costs.

41-year-old Ely Taylor of Fairfield pled guilty to Domestic Battery and placed on 1 year of probation plus court costs and ordered to undergo anger management counseling.

Jacob Ferranti, 31 of Mt. Vernon pled guilty to Aggravated Assault and was placed on 24 months probation and ordered to pay court costs.

28-year-old Frankie Chrtt of Fairfield pled guilty to a charge of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was placed on 2 years of Reporting Court Supervision plus court costs.

Shane Nettleton, a 44-year-old Geff resident pled guilty to a charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and was placed on 2 years of probation plus court costs.  Nettleton was also sentenced to 180 days in the Wayne County Jail.
