FAIRFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT MAKE RECENT ARRESTS

The Fairfield Police Department made some arrests recently of local residents.  Last Thursday night just before 7 o’clock, officers arrested Michael G. Massey, 65 of Fairfield for DUI.  Massey was stopped in the 100 block of East Center Street. Massey refused field sobriety testing and was transported to the Wayne County Jail.

 

Sunday morning just before 6:30, officers were called to the 500 block of East Court Street to investigate a subject trespassing. Officers had previously trespassed 35-year-old Kylee C. Davis, from the property. Davis returned and battered a female subject and is also accused of damaging 8 vehicle tires at the location. Davis was arrested for battery, criminal trespass and criminal damage to property and transported to the Wayne County Jail.

 

Sunday night at approximately 11:55 PM, officers arrested 22-year-old Jaxon I. Willis of Fairfield for retail  theft. Willis was a suspect in a theft from Huck’s on August 31st.  Willis was transported to the Wayne County Jail and released with a notice to appear.

 

This (Tuesday) morning at approximately 1:40, officers arrested Michael A. Hall, 49 of Fairfield at a residence in the 200 block of Broadway. Hall was wanted on a Hamilton County Failure to Appear warrant for domestic battery. Hall was transported to the Wayne County Jail.
