FAIRFIELD POLICE ARREST TWO AREA RESIDENTS ON OUTSTANDING WARRANTS MONDAY

33-year-old Steven M. Thomas of Fairfield was arrested by Fairfield Police Monday afternoon around 4:30 on a Wayne County warrant charging him with Making a Terrorist Threat and Disorderly Conduct.   The case involves comments made by Thomas concerning the hospital and a school. Thomas was lodged in the Wayne County Jail

 

 

Amanda J. Foley, 40 of Cisne was taken into custody Monday night at approximately 10:30 following a traffic stop in the 400 block of Darr St. in Fairfield.  Foley was originally stopped for having an expired registration.  Upon further investigation, is was discovered Foley was wanted on a Clay County failure to appear warrant for retail theft.  Foley was cited for driving on a suspended license and operating a vehicle with suspended registration for no insurance. Foley was transported to the Wayne County Jail for the warrant.
