The City of Grayville has finalized the sale of a lot in the Interstate 64 Plaza this week, paving the way for a new restaurant. Mayor Travis Thompson announced that Sarah Webber from Carmi plans to open a brunch restaurant on the lot located just west of the Terrabis adult-use cannabis store. Webber aims to have the establishment built and operational by next spring.
In addition, Dana Schroeder of Grayville has revealed her plans to launch Southern Gray Boutique at a site just south of the Terrabis cannabis store. The boutique will offer clothing and decorative items. Currently, Schroeder runs her business at 206 West Spring Street in Grayville, and she anticipates opening the new location by spring.
