WAYNE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT NEWS FROM TUESDAY

Only one guilty plea handed down in Wayne County Circuit Court Tuesday.  Mt. Vernon resident, 53-year-old Dennis Burns pled guilty to a charge of DUI.  Burns was placed on one year of court supervision and ordered to pay court costs.
