The sentencing of David and Ladonna Legg from Fairfield in an unlawful videotaping case has been postponed. Originally scheduled for today in Wayne County Circuit Court, the delay was prompted by David Legg’s last-minute motion for a continuance after he switched attorneys. The couple dismissed their former attorney, Roger White, and are now represented by Troy Parrish, who requested additional time to review the case and prepare for the hearing.
Last June, David Legg agreed to plead guilty to five counts related to unlawfully videotaping a person’s private parts, with 16 other charges dismissed at sentencing. LaDonna Legg has pleaded guilty to a felony charge of obstruction of justice. A new court date has yet to be determined.
