20-year-old, Ricky Embry of Fairfield was arrested Tuesday night by Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies on a Wayne County warrant for Failure to Appear on a original charge of Illegal Consumption & Possession of Alcohol by a Minor. Embry was transported and lodged in the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.
Bt. Prairie resident, 33-year-old Clayton Kendall was taken into custody Tuesday night by deputies on a Wayne County Body Attachment Warrant on Contempt of Court. Kendall was due in court on September 11th and failed to appear. Kendall was transported and booked into the Wayne County Jail.
