FAIRFIELD POLICE ARREST LOCAL MAN WEDNESDAY NIGHT

46-year-old Fairfield resident, Terry Hixenbaugh was arrested by Fairfield Police Wednesday night just before midnight on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Damage to Government Supported Property.  Hixenbaugh was transported and booked at the Wayne County Jail and was given a Notice to Appear in Wayne County Circuit Court.
