46-year-old Terry Hixenbaugh was arrested Saturday night by Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies on a charge of Violation of Order of Protection. Hixenbaugh was transported and lodged in the Wayne County Jail awaiting a court appearance.
Early this (Monday) morning, deputies arrested 64-year-old Kevin Dunnigan of Flora on charges of Public Indecency and Disorderly Conduct. Dunnigan was transported and booked at the Wayne County Jail and given a court date on the charges.
