Reports out of White County say two women from Carmi have been arrested this past Thursday and Friday.
27 year old Senekqua Holland was arrested shortly after 11 p.m. Thursday, and was also arrested on a failure to appear warrant last July in the same case dating back to 2022 when she was charged and later found guilty of Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer and Resisting. Holland was sentenced to 30 months probation, 50 hours community service, ordered into treatment and originally given a six months stayed prison sentence, and after her arrest last July for failing to appear, was given a five year sentence in the Department of Corrections.
40 year old Sasha Allen was arrested early Friday morning after officers were called to do a welfare check on her at her home. An original charge for Driving While License Revoked and Unlawful Use of Cannibis by a Driver were issued in 2022, and Allen was given two years supervision.
